Octavio di Leo, Director
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Octavio graduated in Literature from UBA. In 2000, he earned his Ph.D. in Spanish and Portuguese from Yale University with a dissertation on oral narrative in the African diaspora, "El descubrimiento de África en Cuba y Brasil (1889-1969)", published in Spain. Since 2003, he has directed study abroad programs in Barcelona, Rome, Rio de Janeiro, and Buenos Aires, where he served over 5,000 university students and implemented curricula and internships with a commitment to academic excellence, global citizenship, and life skills.
